About Tandoori Chicken
We can do the restaurant style recipe at home at our kitchen. Here is the tandoori chicken I made as good as restaurant. Main object is smoking flavor.

Ingredients
- 400 gm Chicken
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 tbsp Roasted Gram Powder roasted powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Tandoori Masala powder
- 1 tsp kasoori methi powder kasoori method powder
- 1 piece Of Charcoal of charcoal
- 1 tbsp Oil refine
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Garnishing or cream fresh cream for
- 1/2 cup Cabbage julian
- 4 -6 cloves For Smoking for smoking

Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl, just slightly cut all the chicken pieces. It will easy to marinate, masala goes to all cuts
- Now follow with other ingredients, that is curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, Kashmir mirch powder, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, refine oil and salt.
- All cuts chicken would be marinated with these spices. Keep minimum 10 minutes at room temperature. It could be suggested overnight in fridge.
- Heat a frying pan add butter and shallow fry all the marinated chicken.
- Both sides should be cooked. You can feel when you prick a pointed knife.
- Then take each and every pieces turn by turn roast on direct flame for a few seconds.
- Get a bowl keep all roasted cooked chicken. Take a metallic small bowl keep in the center.
- Burn a charcoal piece keep on the metal bowl 4-6 clove pour 1 tsp oil. Immediately cover the lid for a minute.
- Smoke will spread all over the tandoori chicken. After one minute open the lid.
- You will feel the smoking flavor. Serve with fresh cream and Julian cabbage.
Recipe Notes
If marinated chicken kept overnight in fridge you get the better result.
