Tandoori Idli
Ingredients
- 4-5 Idlis leftover
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Tandoori Masala
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/4 tsp Coriander powder

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking the curd and adding all seasonings. Cut each idli into 4 long pieces.
- Pour the marinade over the idlis and keep in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and carefully deep fry / shallow fry / grill till done. Serve with any dip / chutney etc.
