Ingredients
 

  • 4 Green Chillies slit into
  • 50 cubes Paneer in
  • cup Milk one
  • 1 tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Cheese mozeralla
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Oregano
  • 1 pinch Mixed Herbs optional-

Instructions
 

  • In a warm pan add butter and dry roast flour. When the rawness goes off add room temperature milk And whisk. Keep stiring on low flame till its done. Now add green chillies, salt, black pepper. U may add little milk if u find it thick.
  • Add cheese. Stir. Keep the flame low. Add oregano and herbs. Add paneer, mix and switch off the flame. Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes. Garnish with green chillis, red chillies and herb. serve with roti, naan or rice.
  • Variations: 1. Replace paneer with tofu, chicken or mushrooms. 2. U may add cheese on the top instead of adding in the sauce and bake in micro for 2-3mts till it melts. 3. You may add a pinch of sugar to enhance flavour.
