A popular Afghani drink that is usually served in Ramadan. This chilled drink is the best thirst quencher in Summers. Sweet and little sour with soaked raisins give it a unique taste and honey enhances it's flavour even more. Healthy and super easy to make. It can be chilled in the refrigerator even for 48 hours if desired. Quantity can be doubled or tripled as per the requirements. Ingredients
- 200 gm Raisins
- 500 ml Water
- 2 -3 tablespoon Honey nearly one tablespoon for each cup
- 3-4 drops Rose water

Instructions
- Bring water to a rolling boil. Take it off the gas.
- Wash and strain the raisins. Add in honey, raisins and rose drops to the boiled water.
- Keep it refrigerated for 24 to 48 hours. Serve it chilled with raisins in small cups as and when desired.
Notes
- Soaked and de skinned almonds can also be used in this.
