  • Boil the milk until it is 1/3 its own volume.Close the flame and put brown sugar ( you can also put white sugar, but brown sugar is good for health)

  • When the temperature of the boiling milk reduces slightly and becomes lukewarm, pour green cardamom powders and add yogurt starter to it.

  • Mix well with the help of a spoon and pour into the clay pot. It will give the earthy amora when set.
  • Put it on a dry place and do not shake it.
  • In the summer season, the curd is set in 2-3 hours, but keep it for 6-7 hours during the cold period or for the entire night.
  • Extra water will be dried up due to clay pot, and it gives the earthy flavor and aroma. Your sweet yogurt is ready.
