Ingredients
- 1/2 liter Milk
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tsp Yogurt starter Can get from any Indian Supermarket
- Claypot to set the curd

- Boil the milk until it is 1/3 its own volume.Close the flame and put brown sugar ( you can also put white sugar, but brown sugar is good for health)
- When the temperature of the boiling milk reduces slightly and becomes lukewarm, pour green cardamom powders and add yogurt starter to it.
- Mix well with the help of a spoon and pour into the clay pot. It will give the earthy amora when set.
- Put it on a dry place and do not shake it.
- In the summer season, the curd is set in 2-3 hours, but keep it for 6-7 hours during the cold period or for the entire night.
- Extra water will be dried up due to clay pot, and it gives the earthy flavor and aroma. Your sweet yogurt is ready.
