Lady fingers have good amount of fibre is reach in vitamin A, vitamin C, folate and calcium. These are good for our skin cells to make healthier which i gives turn a beautiful, glow in our skin. Here I am showing how vanish the sticky gum. If we bake the okra before chopping the gum will vanish. Then it will easy to chop.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm lady fingers
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 teaspoon moringa masala
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Whole red chilli
  • Slitted green chillies
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash all okra (bhindi) for 5 min. After then chop, you can see your cutter will clear no sticky gum. It will easy to chop.

  • Heat mustard oil add cumin seeds, curry leaves whole red chilli and hing. Saute then add chopped bhindi, turmeric powder salt and moringa masala. Mix all together and close the lid for 5 minutes.

  • After then put off the flame add dry mango powder. Again mix all together. Now ready to serve.
