About Simple Bhindi
Ladyfingers have a good amount of fiber and are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, folate, and calcium. These are beneficial for our skin cells, making them healthier and giving our skin a beautiful glow. Here, I'm demonstrating how to remove the sticky gum from okra. If we bake the okra before chopping, the gum will vanish, making it easier to chop.
