- small kg Fish
- 5 Green Chillies slit
- 5 cloves Garlic sliced
- 6 Green Chillies slit
- 1 leaves Coriander chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
- Now cover the pan with lid and cook over high heat for 10-12 mins. Let the water evaporate completely and take off the flame.
- Cover and keep until served. Serve it as a side dish along with rice and any curry.
