Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm cottage cheese paneer
  • 1 tbsp semolina sooji
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour maida
  • 2 cup Sugar chini
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 2 cup water pani
  • clarified butter for deep frying

  • Add sugar, water, green cardamom in wok n make sugar syrup. Keep aside.

  • Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1/2 cup water n make it into fine batter.

  • Add semolina and all purpose flour n again grind it till it done into fine batter.

  • Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag n pour it in jalebi shape in heated oil. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and deep it in sugar syrup.

  • Paneer Jalebis are ready to eat. Serve this hot.
