Paneer Jalebi - An all time favorite Indian dessert with a twist

Ingredients
- 250 gm cottage cheese paneer
- 1 tablespoon semolina sooji
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour maida
- 2 cup Sugar chini
- 3 green cardamom
- 2 cup water pani
- clarified butter for deep frying

Instructions
- Add sugar, water, green cardamom in wok n make sugar syrup. Keep aside.
- Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1/2 cup water n make it into fine batter.
- Add semolina and all purpose flour n again grind it till it done into fine batter.
- Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag n pour it in jalebi shape in heated oil. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and deep it in sugar syrup.
- Paneer Jalebis are ready to eat. Serve this hot.
