Ingredients
- Starter starter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 pinch Baking Pqdr baking pqdr
- 1 pinch Baking Soda
- Dough for
- 2.5 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Owdr baking owdr
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1/3 cup Coco coco
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Warm Milk

Instructions
- Prepare the starter -In a pot whisk the flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, water. Cook till it thickens. let it cool
- FOR THE DOUGH
- Combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the egg, the starter and milk
- Knead the dough
- Add butter and knead the dough forbade min of 15 mins
- Divide the dough into two
- Cover 1 half and let it rise
- Take other half add coco pwdr along with some milk .knead the dough well till it turns all brown.
- Cover and let this dough rise too
- Take a bread tin and grease it
- Take the white dough and divide it into two
- Roll the white dough into a log and place 1 log at the bottom
- Take the chocolate dough and divide it in to 3 to 4 parts
- Roll each dough into a log and place over our white log
- Roll the 2nd log of white dough and place that over the chocolate logs
- Let the bread rest for 30 mins
- Preheat the oven and bake the bread at 180 D Celsius for 40 to 50 mins
- Slice the bread with a sharp knife.
Recipe Notes
You can also flatten the white dough log and place the chocolate log in it and roll.
