A yummy Italian flavor salad

Ingredients
- 200 gm penne pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 3 to 4 garlic cloves
- 25 gm mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions
- Boil the pasta in enough water, in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles on full flame. Drain and let stand in a colander
- In a non stick pan, heat the oil. Add the garlic and the bell peppers. Toss just for a bit till they are half cooked.
- Toss in the pasta Add in the salt and black pepper powder.
- Toss in the vinegar. Sprinkle the cheese and shut off the flame. Keep covered for a couple of minutes and serve .
