Soya Chunks And Oats Tikki
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soya Chunks
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
- 1 large Potato size boiled
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- soak the soya chunks and oats in water for 1/2 an hour.
- Now squeeze the excess water .
- Add all spices and mix well together .make the tikkis .
- Heat a griddle and shallow fry the tikkies till golden with applying the oil .
- Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce ....
