Soya chunks 1 cup
Oats 1 cup
Chopped green chili 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Salt
Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste

Large size boiled potato
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Instructions
soak the soya chunks and oats in water for 1/2 an hour.
Now squeeze the excess water .
Add all spices and mix well together .make the tikkis .
Heat a griddle and shallow fry the tikkies till golden with applying the oil .
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce ....
