Crispy Fried Bitter Gourd

Ingredients
- 2 large bitter gourd
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash the bitter gourd and thinly slice them into rounds.
- Add salt l, mix well and rub the bitter gourd nicely for few mins. Rinse with water and drain nicely.
- Take all the masala ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the thinly sliced bitter gourd and gently rub them together.
- Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, reduce the heat and fry the bitter gourd till crisp and slightly golden.
