Crispy Fried bitter gourd ,a quick and easy recipe for bitter gourd haters. A great dish aide for your meals. I love this with my dal chawal.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large bitter gourd
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
  • Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Wash the bitter gourd and thinly slice them into rounds.
  • Add salt l, mix well and rub the bitter gourd nicely for few mins. Rinse with water and drain nicely.
  • Take all the masala ingredients mentioned above in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Add the thinly sliced bitter gourd and gently rub them together.
  • Heat oil in a pan. When oil is hot, reduce the heat and fry the bitter gourd till crisp and slightly golden.
