Ingredients
- 250 gm snake gourd chichinda
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 1 teaspoon green chillies chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 red chilli whole
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard sauce
- Salt as per taste
- 1/4 bunch Coriander leaves Fresh

Instructions
- Wash and peal off the membrane of the chichinda. Then cut into pieces.
- Heat a pan put oil, cumin seeds, whole red chilli. Then add chopped onion, stir until light brown.
- Add chopped green chillies, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste salt and chopped chichinda. Stir continuously.
- Close with the lid for 10 minutes or cook until soft. Then add coconut milk and ready to serve with mustard sauce or kasundi. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
