Ingredients
- 2 cup Snake gourd (grated )
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Peanuts (roasted and crushed )
- 1 tbsp Coconut (fresh grated )
- 1 - 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Coriander (chopped )
- 1/4 cup Onion (finely chopped )
- 1-2 tsp Salt (as per taste)
- 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions
- Wash and grate the snake gourd squeeze it to drain the water.
- Add salt,sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
- Add roasted and crushed peanuts, fresh coconut, green chili, onion and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
