  • 2 cup Snake gourd grated
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Peanuts roasted and crushed
  • 1 tbsp Coconut fresh grated
  • 1 - 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar


  • Wash and grate the snake gourd squeeze it to drain the water.
  • Add salt,sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Add roasted and crushed peanuts, fresh coconut, green chili, onion and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
