Yield / Serves
3cups fenugreek leaves (remove leaves from stem)
1 big potato diced
3 cups dill leaves (washed n chopped)
1 medium size onion chopped
1 tablespoon garlic grated
4 green chillies finely chopped
5 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt to taste
Heat oil in wok put garlic n saute till it turn little brown.
Add onion n green chili saute till onion get transparent
Add potatoes n mix it. Add dill leaves n fenugreek leaves on over potatoes cover the lid for 5 to 7 min
Open lid n finally add salt in it n mix well again cover the lid n cook till the sabzi become dry (burn the water of fenugreek n dill leave)
Potato will cook well with leaves water which green veggies leave when we cook it on gas.
