Kale is a leafy green vegetable with a good source vitamin, protein and fiber. Kale pesto pasta is a very nutritious , healthy dish which can be eat as lunch or dinner. It is a complete food and very easy to make. Avocado, olive oil,kale , walnut and other ingredients made pesto which is tossed with boiled pasta made this dish. Enjoy this dish when you need a light whole meal with no time.

Ingredients
- 3 cup roughly chopped kale leaves
- 1 tablespoon avocado flesh
- 2 tablespoon walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup lemon jiuce
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon green chili paste
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 box whole wheat pasta
- Salt for seasoning

Instructions
- In a big pan start heating 4 cups of water and prepare pasta as per tbox instructions.
- Meantime make pesto in food processor .In a food processor add roughly chop kale leaf,walnut,lemon juice,black pepper powder, olive oil,green chili paste,garlic and Parmesan cheese. Blend it until become a smooth green pesto paste.
- After pasta is ready , let it cool down for a bit then in a big bowl add pesto with pasta. sprinkle mozzarella cheese and give a toss.
- Kale pesto pasta is ready to serve, serve it warm or let it cool in refrigerator and serve as a pasta salad.
