Ingredients
- 1 bowl Rice Fresh or Leftover
- 2 piece Bread Slices
- Salt As per taste
- red chili powder As per taste
- cumin seed As per taste
- Garam Masala As per taste
- 1 tsp Flax seeds powder
- 1/4 cup Carrot Chopped
- 1/4 cup Capsicum Chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well to form a nice mixture. Once mixture is ready, give desired shape of cutlets.
- Apply little oil on top of each cutlet for glazing.
- Preheat air fryer at 180 degrees and air fry rice cutlets at 180.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of choice.
