About Roasted Raw Banana Curry
Roasted banana has a different taste. This is mashed banana roasted without any oil. I added flaxseed, hotless chilli and salt. I have not added any binding agent. If you need you can add roasted chana powder. Then kept on banana leaf.I made the gravy with cooked chana dal. Dal is cooked with bay leaves whole garam masala and giger. These are the technic what people used to do in early time. This recipe is for those people who avoid deep fry.

Ingredients
- 2 - 3 Banana (raw)
- ½ bowl Cooked Chana Daal (paste)
- 1 tbsp Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Radhuni Seeds
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1-2 Chilli (hot, seedless, sliced)
- 1-2 Green Chillies (or as per spice tolerance)
- 1-2 tsp Rock salt (or as per taste)
- 1-2 leaves Banana leaves

Instructions
- Cook the chana dal with adding bay leaves, whole garam masala and ginger. Then make a paste and keep separate.
- Boil the raw banana then mash. Take a griddle put banana leaf. Now arrange the mashed raw banana. Sprinkle rock salt, flaxseed and hotless red chilli.
- Roast with banana leaf. After 10 minutes flip other side. Then cut in pieces.
- Heat a pan add oil, radhuni seeds, turmeric powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and tomato puree. Saute for a few seconds.
- Add dal paste and cook another few minutes. Keep the pieces on serving plate and pour the gravy. Then serve alongwith any combination.
