Cut radish into 1 inches long. Take a frying pan heat and add mustered oil. Add couscous seeds, chopped radish, turmeric powder and salt. Sauteed and close the lid with low flame.
After ten minutes open the lid add chopped green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha.
