Ingredients
- 1 cup grated radish
- 1 cup grated carrot
- Half cup peas
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed

Instructions
- First squeeze all water from carrot and radish . Mix both ingredients well .
- Now take a pan , add 1tsp oil then add cumin seeds when they starts crackle . Add black salt , corainder powder , dry mango powder and black pepper powder . Now add peas and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until they becomes crunchy .
- No add these cruchy peas into carrot and radish and mix well . Enjoy a healthy salad on independence day .
