Mulo makha (radish)Simple radish which is very tasty and easy to make. Mulo means radish and makha means mashed. In Bengali community they like this kind of recipe. They love the raw smell of pure mustard oil. Aloo bhate which is very popular in Bengal. Mashed potato with green chilies, salt and raw mustard oil. Sometimes they use chopped fresh onion. They don't bother any measurement of the ingredients they make as per their taste. This is also the same concept.

Ingredients
- 1 bowl Raddish chopped
- ½ bowl green peas boiled
- 7 to 8 Green Chillies
- 10 to 12 garlic cloves
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 bunch Coriander fresh
- 2 tbsp coconut grated
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Few garlic leaves
- Salt to taste
- Banana leaves

Instructions
- Chop the radish then marinate with salt and keep for 10 minutes. It will become soft and easy to make.
- Make a paste with green peas, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and grated coconut.
- Now mix the paste with radish. Take griddle or flat pan, put a banana leaves and spread the marinated radish.
- Cover and bake for 10 minutes in low flame. Sprinkle with garlic leaves and green chillies.
- After 10 minutes remove the lid and take out baked radish (mulo makha). Spread pure raw mustard oil and serve with rice and other recipes
