Ingredients
- White sesame seeds- 12 cup
- poha / beaten rice - 12 cup
- coconut sugar- 34 cup
- ghee- 1 or 2 tsp

Instructions
- Dry roast sesame seeds and poha in pan for few minutes in low flame till they absorb the heat.( Be careful not to burn it.).Cool it completely.

- Make balls out of it and serve. This stays good in room temperature.
Notes
- black sesame seeds can also be used
- any variety poha works.
