Ingredients
  

  • White sesame seeds- 12 cup
  • poha / beaten rice - 12 cup
  • coconut sugar- 34 cup
  • ghee- 1 or 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast sesame seeds and poha in pan for few minutes in low flame till they absorb the heat.( Be careful not to burn it.).Cool it completely.

  • Make balls out of it and serve. This stays good in room temperature.

Notes

  • black sesame seeds can also be used
  • any variety poha works.
