Few days back there was a phone call from my friend. She searched me from social network. She was saying " hi Geeta you are sharing recipes with platter share but do you remember you tasted me potatoes tikki which I never had twice" I was nostalgic for a few seconds. It was thirty years ago. So I must share this.

Ingredients
- 250 gm mashed potato boiled
- 1 cup Cabbage grated
- 2 cup Soya soaked chung
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- Coriander fresh chopped
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Oil as required
- to Puffed Rice Powder coat

Instructions
- Take a pan heat and add oil. Add ginger garlic paste sauteed.
- Add grated cabbage, green peas, soya chung, salt, green chilli, fresh coriander, cinnamon powder and cumin powder.
- Cooked and keep separate.
- Now ready some mashed potatoes ball. Fill the balls with cooked veggies.
- Coat with puffed rice powder. Take a frying pan add oil and shallow fry.
- Tikki are ready to serve with sauce or chutney.

This recipe has a emotional touch. That’s why I named nostalgic tikki.
