White sesame seeds- 12 cup
poha / beaten rice - 12 cup
coconut sugar- 34 cup
ghee- 1 or 2 tsp
Instructions
Dry
roast
sesame seeds and poha in pan for few minutes in low flame till they absorb the heat.( Be careful not to burn it.).Cool it completely.

Make balls out of it and serve. This stays good in room temperature.
Notes
black sesame seeds can also be used
any variety poha works.
