Schezwan potatoes are a delectable, hot and tangy Indo-Chinese dish. fried baby potatoes golden brown, tossed in a fiery, homemade Schezwan sauce, and then serve. This is a quick, simple meal.
18 nos boiled n peeled baby potatoes
1 onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1 capsicum (cut into 1 inch pieces)
3 tablespoons chopped spring onion
2 dried red chilies roughly chopped
3 tablespoons schezwan sauce
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Heat oil in wok add onion in it n sauce till it turn soft. Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.
Add boiled baby potatoes n salt in it n cook it on high flame for minute, keep sauteing.
Add schezwan sauce n mix it well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame, add 2 tablespoons spring onion in it. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
Schezwan potatoes r ready to serve. Garnish it with remaining spring onion.
