Schezwan Potatoes

Schezwan potatoes are a delectable, hot and tangy Indo-Chinese dish. fried baby potatoes golden brown, tossed in a fiery, homemade Schezwan sauce, and then serve. This is a quick, simple meal.

  • 18 nos boiled n peeled baby potatoes
  • 1 onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 2 dried red chilies roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil


  • Heat oil in wok add onion in it n sauce till it turn soft. Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.
  • Add boiled baby potatoes n salt in it n cook it on high flame for minute, keep sauteing.
  • Add schezwan sauce n mix it well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame, add 2 tablespoons spring onion in it. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
  • Schezwan potatoes r ready to serve. Garnish it with remaining spring onion.
