Ingredients
- 18 nos boiled n peeled baby potatoes
- 1 onion cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 capsicum cut into 1 inch pieces
- 3 tbsp chopped spring onion
- 2 dried red chilies roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp schezwan sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in wok add onion in it n sauce till it turn soft. Add capsicum and saute for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Add boiled baby potatoes n salt in it n cook it on high flame for minute, keep sauteing.
- Add schezwan sauce n mix it well cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame, add 2 tablespoons spring onion in it. Mix well. Switch off the flame.
- Schezwan potatoes r ready to serve. Garnish it with remaining spring onion.
