Schezwan chili potatoes fried crisp potatoes in a spicy and hot schezwan chilli sauce. This recipe is Indo Chinese.

Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes peeled n sliced
- 1 capsicum cube sized
- 4 green chillies broken
- 1 medium size onion roughly sliced
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon schezwan sauce
- A big pinch ajinomoto
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch +1/2 cup water mixed both
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil + for deep fry

Instructions
- Wash potatoes in water n take out out on kitchen toelHeat oil in wok n deep fry potatoes edges in heated oil till it done light brown. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
- Heat oil in wok, add ginger garlic n saute for 2 minute. Add onion and capsicum saute for minute on high flame.
- Add green chilies n saute for 30seconds. Add soy sauce, ajinomoto, salt and vinegar. Mix it well.
- Add melted cornstarch in water in wok n saute for minute on high flame. Add schezwan sauce n mix it.
- Add fried potatoes n mix gently.
- Serve this hot
