Schezwan Egg Strips

Sichaun egg strips is quick an easy dish which prepared in less time. In this recipe i used garlic, ginger and sauces.

  • 4 egg
  • 6 dry red chilies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
  • Some chopped spring Onion for garnishing
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil


  • in mixer grinder jar, Make smooth paste of dried red chili, garlic and ginger.
  • Beat eggs with salt, Heat 3 tablespoons oil n make omlette Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.
  • Take pan heat oil n add paste in it stir for minute now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it well.
  • Add egg strips in it n mix it well.
  • Serve hot in plate and garinsh with Spring Onion leaves.
