Sichaun egg strips is quick an easy dish which prepared in less time. In this recipe i used garlic, ginger and sauces.
6 dry red chilies
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon schezwan sauce
Some chopped spring Onion for garnishing
Salt as required
4 tablespoons cooking oil
in mixer grinder jar, Make smooth paste of dried red chili, garlic and ginger.
Beat eggs with salt, Heat 3 tablespoons oil n make omlette Transfer it to a plate cut it into strips.
Take pan heat oil n add paste in it stir for minute now add tomato ketchup n schezwan sauce and mix it well.
Add egg strips in it n mix it well.
Serve hot in plate and garinsh with Spring Onion leaves.
