Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cup sabudana
  • 2 medium size boiled potato
  • 1 cup fox nut makhana
  • 2 cup finely chopped spinach
  • sendha salt as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chili
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 no. chopped tomato
  • oil as required

Instructions
 

  • wash and soak the sabudana for 4 hour ,soak the makhana for 1/2 an hour . 2. now make a paste with makhana,lemon juice,green chilly,and tomato.grate the potato.
