Ingredients & Quantity
  • 2 large cup sabudana
  • 2 medium size boiled potato
  • 1 cup fox nut ( makhana )
  • 2 cup finely chopped spinach
  • sendha salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chili
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 no. chopped tomato
  • oil as required

How to cook?
  1. wash and soak the sabudana for 4 hour ,soak the makhana for 1/2 an hour . 2. now make a paste with makhana,lemon juice,green chilly,and tomato.grate the potato.

  3. coarsely grind the sabudana,now mix all ingredients together. now heat a non stick pan ,and make the cheela with hand then on tava
