Ingredients
- Wheat flour 1 large cup
- Semolina 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Chopped green chili 2 no
- Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped onion 2 tbsp
- 1 Boiled and grated potato
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Oil or butter as required

- Combine all ingredients and mix well. instead of oil and make a thick batter.
- Fry slowly in butter in a heavy skillet until brown and crisp.
- serve hot with green chutney or pickle .
