Ingredients
  

  • Oil- 5 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
  • Bengal gram - 3 tbsp
  • Black gram - 2 tbsp
  • Groundnut - 1.5 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery - 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chilly pieces - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan . Add all the mentioned ingredients one after the other.
  • Once the seasoning turns golden in color, add the tamarind pulp,salt to it. Saute it until it thickens.
  • Instant Pulihora mix is ready. One tablespoon of this mix can be mixed to a cup of boiled rice.
