Ingredients
 

  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 3 gm Bengal Gram - 3 Tbsp bengal
  • 2 gm Black Gram - 2 Tbsp black
  • 1 tbsp Groundnut - 1.5 Tbsp groundnut
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Jagerry
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 leaves Curry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • Red Chillies pieces - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan . Add all the mentioned ingredients one after the other.
  • Once the seasoning turns golden in color, add the tamarind pulp,salt to it. Saute it until it thickens.
  • Instant Pulihora mix is ready. One tablespoon of this mix can be mixed to a cup of boiled rice.
