Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 3 gm Bengal Gram - 3 Tbsp bengal
- 2 gm Black Gram - 2 Tbsp black
- 1 tbsp Groundnut - 1.5 Tbsp groundnut
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Jagerry
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 1 leaves Curry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Red Chillies pieces - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan . Add all the mentioned ingredients one after the other.
- Once the seasoning turns golden in color, add the tamarind pulp,salt to it. Saute it until it thickens.
- Instant Pulihora mix is ready. One tablespoon of this mix can be mixed to a cup of boiled rice.
- It can be offered as Naivedhyam to the deity.
