- 2 large Sabudana
- 2 Potato medium size boiled
- 1 cup Fox Nut makhana fox nut
- 2 cup Spinach finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp Salt sendha as per taste, or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 2 no Tomato chopped
- Oil as required

- wash and soak the sabudana for 4 hour ,soak the makhana for 1/2 an hour . 2. now make a paste with makhana,lemon juice,green chilly,and tomato.grate the potato.
- coarsely grind the sabudana,now mix all ingredients together. now heat a non stick pan ,and make the cheela with hand then on tava
- roast it on slow flame . serve with curd or tomato chutney .
