Ingredients
 

  • 2 large Sabudana
  • 2 Potato medium size boiled
  • 1 cup Fox Nut makhana fox nut
  • 2 cup Spinach finely chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt sendha as per taste, or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 2 no Tomato chopped
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • wash and soak the sabudana for 4 hour ,soak the makhana for 1/2 an hour . 2. now make a paste with makhana,lemon juice,green chilly,and tomato.grate the potato.

  • coarsely grind the sabudana,now mix all ingredients together. now heat a non stick pan ,and make the cheela with hand then on tava
