instant bread appe is a shallow fried snack prepared with leftover bread, semolina, curd and some chopped veggies.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp carrot finely chopped
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- Salt
- water as required approx 3/4 cup
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions
- take bread crumbs, semolina and curd in a bowl and mix well
- to the batter add onion, carrot, green chili, coriander and salt and mix everything well
- add some water and prepare a thick batter
- keep aside for 10-15 minutes
- preheat an appe pan and brush each mold with oil
- add soda to the batter and mix gently
- fill each mold with batter and cover and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes on low-medium flame
- when the appe get brown from one side flip the side and continue cooking until brown from other side as well
- take out the roasted appe in a plate and serve
