- 1 Fresh corn bhutta 250 gm
- 2 Raw banana half boil 3 No
- 3 Curd 500 gm
- 4 Sugar 60 gm
- 5 Salt As per taste
- 6 Raisins 10 gm
- 7 Soth chattini 5 tsp
- 8 Pomegranate Seeds 3-4 Spoon
- 9 Cumin powder 1tsp
- 10 Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- 11 Hing A pinch
- 12 Oil 1 bowl
- 13 Chat masala 1 tsp

InstructionsÂ
- first of all grind the fresh corn with raw banana with some milk now take this paste in a bowl after than add , hing, raisins , salt , and chopped coriander.
- Now make a dahi vade pakora according to your likes fry it on slow flame .After than make a water syrup with hing, salt and red chili powder soaked pakoda in it for few min approx 5 min .
- .Now take a bowl add curd whisk it properly or sieve it with sieve and then add caramelized sugar syrup after than add soaked dahivade in it .Garnish dahivade with cumin powder, black pepper powder, chat masala, sonth chattini and pomegranate.
