  • 2 cups Phool Makhana Fox Nuts
  • 2 tsp mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp butter or low fat substitute
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • Himalayan salt as per taste


  • Heat the butter in a shallow vessel.
  • Add the mint leaves and fry them on a low flame till they turn crisp.
  • Add the phool makhana and roast on a low flame for 6-7 mins.
  • Remove from flame and sprinkle freshly ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Toss to coat evenly.
