A simple and spicy egg bhurji or scrambled eggs flavoured with basil and onion seeds(kalonji).

Ingredients
- 2 Egg
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Boiled Potato
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Onion seeds kalonji - 1 tsp
- 1 teaspoon Dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
- 3 Green chili
- Salt as per taste
- 3 Oil
- 1 Burger bun toasted with butter - To serve with it

Instructions
- Cut the tomato and boiled potato into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a kadai and add the kalonji and basil. Let it splutter.
- Now add the tomato and potato cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Beat the eggs well and add the milk in it. Now add the eggs over the tomato potato mix.
- Let it cook for 3 minutes and then scramble the eggs.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and then turn off the stove. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with toasted burger buns.
