Paneer kulfi is a very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • Paneer-1/2cup
  • Milk -1ltr
  • Some kesar strands
  • Cardamom. Powder-1/4tsp
  • Badam powder coarsely grind -1/3cup
  • Sugar -3tbsp or as your taste
  • For decor–rose petals cherry

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan add milk and give it a boil.
  • Add cardamom powder or kesar mix and reduce milk until get one third.
  • When milk get reduced than add crumbled Paneer- and badam powder.
  • Now reduce heat and churn with blender 10 sec.
  • Again put the pan on heat and give it a boil and off flame.
  • Now cool it on room temperature.now fill kulfi mould ,chill in freezer fir 6 to 8 hour
  • Serve chilled with decorate with cherry or rose petals.
