Ingredients
- Paneer-1/2cup
- Milk -1ltr
- Some kesar strands
- Cardamom. Powder-1/4tsp
- Badam powder coarsely grind -1/3cup
- Sugar -3tbsp or as your taste
- For decor–rose petals cherry

Instructions
- Take a pan add milk and give it a boil.
- Add cardamom powder or kesar mix and reduce milk until get one third.
- When milk get reduced than add crumbled Paneer- and badam powder.
- Now reduce heat and churn with blender 10 sec.
- Again put the pan on heat and give it a boil and off flame.
- Now cool it on room temperature.now fill kulfi mould ,chill in freezer fir 6 to 8 hour
- Serve chilled with decorate with cherry or rose petals.
