Paneer kulfi is a very tasty and healthy.
Some kesar strands
Badam powder coarsely grind -1/3cup
Sugar -3tbsp or as your taste
For decorâ€“rose petals,cherry
Take a pan add milk and give it a boil.
Add cardamom powder or kesar mix and reduce milk until get one third.
When milk get reduced than add crumbled Paneer- and badam powder.
Now reduce heat and churn with blender 10 sec.
Again put the pan on heat and give it a boil and off flame.
Now cool it on room temperature.now fill kulfi mould ,chill in freezer fir 6 to 8 hour
Serve chilled with decorate with cherry or rose petals.
