Gelatine free eggless Rainbow Panna Cotta is my very creative recipe for kids..I used organic food color to make it more healthier and tasty.. color always attract to kids ..and this recipe is big hit for kids special healthy dessert..

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml. Full fat milk
  • 100 ml full fat cream
  • 1 teaspoon agar agar powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • /2 tsp almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Organic Food color
  • 2 drops red food color
  • 2 drops green food color
  • 2 drops blue food color
  • 2 drops yellow food color
  • 2 drops orange food color
  • 1 drop for light blue color
  • 1 drop for light green color
  • 1 teaspoon or 7 gm agar agar powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat cream and 1 cup milk together in a pan add agar agar powder..add sugar and mix well.keep stirring on low flame till agar agar powder dissolve .
  • Add sugar powder and keep stirring on low medium flame to medium flame..this process takes 10 minutes..now switch off the flame
  • Now in another bowl add rest milk condensed milk mix well..add almonds extract and vanilla essence and cream milk mixture..mix well.. divide the mixture in 7 equal parts
  • Add food color in each part..now pour one color mixture in glass to set. Or any other container of your choice keep it in fridge for set..fir 10-15minutes..
  • Repeat this process till all color sets one by one..when all color sets in mould..let it keep in fridge for chilling. Serve chilled..
