  • 200 ml. Milk full fat
  • 100 ml Cream full fat
  • 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Condensed Milk
  • tsp Almond Extract /2
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Food Color organic
  • 2 drops Red Food Color
  • 2 drops Green Food Color
  • 2 drops Food Color blue
  • 2 drops Yellow Food Color
  • 2 drops Orange Food Color
  • 1 drop Drop For Light Blue Color for light blue color
  • 1 drop Drop For Light Green Color for light green color
  • 1 tsp Agar Agar Powder or


  • Heat cream and 1 cup milk together in a pan add agar agar powder..add sugar and mix well.keep stirring on low flame till agar agar powder dissolve .
  • Add sugar powder and keep stirring on low medium flame to medium flame..this process takes 10 minutes..now switch off the flame
  • Now in another bowl add rest milk condensed milk mix well..add almonds extract and vanilla essence and cream milk mixture..mix well.. divide the mixture in 7 equal parts
  • Add food color in each part..now pour one color mixture in glass to set. Or any other container of your choice keep it in fridge for set..fir 10-15minutes..
  • Repeat this process till all color sets one by one..when all color sets in mould..let it keep in fridge for chilling. Serve chilled..
