Ingredients
- 4 tsp Gelatin
- 6 tbsp Cold Water
- 4 cup Coconut Milk (prefer tin )
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 Coconut Flakes (tawa toasted)

Instructions
- Whisk together the gelatin and cold water and let it sit for 10mins
- Heat the coconut milk along with sugar and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves
- Remove from the heat and stir in pure vanilla extract
- Pour this hot coconut milk mixture into the gelatin and whisk till until all incorporated.
- Pour into muffin trays and let it set
- Insert on the serving tray and sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes and serve cold
Recipe Notes
You can serve in dessert cups/jar too.
Use thick coconut milk,prefer tin or tetra pack.
Use any gelatin.
