Coconut Milk Panna Cotta

A very simple and quick dessert with amazing taste

  • Gelatin 4 tsp
  • Cold water 6 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 4cups prefer tin
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp
  • Few tawa toasted coconut flakes


  • Whisk together the gelatin and cold water and let it sit for 10mins
  • Heat the coconut milk along with sugar and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves
  • Remove from the heat and stir in pure vanilla extract
  • Pour this hot coconut milk mixture into the gelatin and whisk till until all incorporated.
  • Pour into muffin trays and let it set
  • Insert on the serving tray and sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes and serve cold


You can serve in dessert cups/jar too.
Use thick coconut milk,prefer tin or tetra pack. 
Use any gelatin.
