What is keto diet? If you want to loose weight you should follow keto diet. Ketogenic diet means fat moderate high protein and low carb diet. You should not eat grains, sweets and carbohydrates. You should have knowledge of ingredients what should use and what should not use. Once you can manage your diet you will be slim and trim.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • 1/4 cup almond powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 whole kiwi for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl add coconut flour, almond flour, coconut cream, vanilla extract.
  • Whisk all together until fluffy.
  • Pour in the ice cream container to set down.
  • Now keep in deep fridge for 4 -5 hours.
  • Serve with additional keto fruits. I served with kiwi.

Notes

Diabetic people also can eat the keto ice cream.
