It is a quick dessert which can be prepared in ten minutes and some settling time in the refrigerator before you can serve it. Use seasonal fruits or berries for the fruit reduction to serve as sauce along with it. Rest , all you need to run your brain and create some art in the plate to make it appealing to the eyes.

Yield / Serves
1 cup coconut milk ( I used Dabur Tetra Pack Small One)
3 tsp sugar
100 grams greek yogurt
Â½ tsp vanilla essence
2 and Â½ tsp gelatin mixed with 3 tsp of water
I whole orange, skin and seeds removed
2 tsp honey
1 tsp sugar
Mix coconut milk and sugar and put on a boiler on low flame.
Once, the sugar melts, switch off the flame and add vanilla essence to it.
Whisk yogurt separately and add to it. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
Add the soaked gelatin and mix well again.
Pour into porcelain cups or glass and put in refrigerator to settle down.
For the reduction, Boil in a pan till everything orange , honey and sugar mixes well
Blend to a smooth paste
