  • 1 cup Coconut Milk i used dabur tetra pack small one
  • 3 tsp Sugar
  • 100 gm Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tsp Gelatin or water and mixed with water
  • Orange skin and seeds removed i whole
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sugar


  • Mix coconut milk and sugar and put on a boiler on low flame.
  • Once, the sugar melts, switch off the flame and add vanilla essence to it.
  • Whisk yogurt separately and add to it. Mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
  • Add the soaked gelatin and mix well again.
  • Pour into porcelain cups or glass and put in refrigerator to settle down.
  • For the reduction, Boil in a pan till everything orange , honey and sugar mixes well
  • Blend to a smooth paste
