Pan Delight

Ingredients
- Sweet betalnut leaves 5 nos
- ROSE PETAL JAM / GULKAND 1 TABLESPOON
- Sugar 3 tsp
- CARDAMOM 4-5 NOS
- KHUS SYRUP 2 TSP
- DRIED CHERRY FOR GARNISHING
- WATER 2 CUPS
- ICE CUBES AS REQUIRED
Instructions
- Take betel leaves and chop it roughly..Now take a rolling board. Put chopped betel leaves on it.With a rolling pin crush the betel leaves properly. ( Note: you can also use the grinder but it wont give as much taste and fragrance)
- .When the betel leaves are almost crushed,add cardamom, gulkand, sugar in it. Crush all the ingredients together properly.
- Once all the ingredients are crushed.Keep it aside. Now take a jug or a large glass.Put the crushed paan mixture into it. Pour khus syrup over it.
- Now add 1 cup water and mix it properly with a help of a spoon
- Now add another cup of water and mix it again till all the sugar is dissolved. Once all the sugar is dissolved. Strain it
- Take a glass.Fill half of a glass with ice cubes.Now put some gulkand on it.. Pour the strained pann water over it.
- Garnish with dried cheery and paan leaf and serve... Your cool and refreshing Paan delight is ready to enjoy...
