Ingredients
- For Panna Cotta- for panna cotta
- 2 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Pinch Star Anise
- 1-2 Cardamom
- 2-3 tbsp Rice soaked
- 1 tbsp Agar Agar Powder
- Syrup for
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 1 tsp Rose Water
- Water As Needed

Instructions
- Panna cotta Take 2 cups of milk and rice, and cook on low heat for at least 20 mins. Add cream, cardamom powder, star anise and mix well.
- Mix agar-agar in the 1/2 cup warm milk and mix thoroughly Add the agar mixture to the cooked rice
- Pour it in glasses or mould and set it in the fridge
- Syrup:- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, use water if need to thin it to a pouring consistency.
- To serve: Pour the sauce on a plate and gentle put the unmolded pudding/kheer on the plate. Garnish it with pistachio tuile. Enjoy!
