Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Drymilk-2Tbls drymilk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tbsp Almonds chopped
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cashewnut-1Tbls chopped cashewnut
- 1 tsp Raisins
- 1/4 tsp Caradmon 1/4Tsp caradmon

Instructions
- Roast quinoa in ghee and soak for 15minutes Boil the quinoa in cooker 5 minutes with little water.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the drained quinoa, milk, sugar and dry powder milk. Add powdered cardamom powder
- Bring gently to the boil, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes, until the kheer has thickened .
- Add almond ,cashewnut and raisins. Boil once again Remove and serve hot or chill Kheer decorated with almonds flacka.
