Quinoa has a lot protein and very good for health. It is expensive because of less production.
In early time in village people used to make kheer with dates juice and sugarcane juice. So no need to add extra sweet. This is how I made.

Ingredients
- 50 gm Quinoa
- 1 ltr Sugarcane juice
- 1 tbsp Fruits dry
- 2 tbsp Coconut Powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions
- Soak the quinoa for 15-20 minutes to save the Indane.
- Strain the excess water.
- Adding sugarcane juice to boil the quinoa.
- Let boil for 15 minutes.
- Adding dry fruits.
- Adding grated Coconut.
- Adding coconut cream.
- Adding green cardamom powder.
- Now it is ready to serve.
