Sugarcane juice is a diuretic which means that it helps treat urinary tract infection, kidney stones and ensure proper functioning of the kidneys. According to Ayurvedic sugarcane juice helps strengthen your liver and also suggested as a remedy for jaundice. Quinoa has a lot protein and very good for health. It is expensive because of less production. In early time in village people used to make kheer with dates juice and sugarcane juice. So no need to add extra sweet. This is how I made.

Ingredients
  

  • 50 gm quinoa
  • 1 litre sugarcane juice
  • 1 tbsp dry fruits
  • 2 tbsp coconut powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Soak the quinoa for 15-20 minutes to save the Indane.

  • Strain the excess water.

  • Adding sugarcane juice to boil the quinoa.

  • Let boil for 15 minutes.
