Ingredients
- 10 to 12 large size potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oregano + for garnish

- wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices, and marinade with all ingredients and 1 tbsp oil keep aside for 1/2 hour.
- preheat the oven at 170%, grease the tray put the potato and brush with oil and roast the potatoes for 20 minutes. sprinkle the oregano and serve hot with coffee or tea.
