Roasted Potato Wedges With Oregano

  • 10 to 12 large size potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano + for garnish


  • wash, peel and cut the potatoes into slices, and marinade with all ingredients and 1 tbsp oil keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  • preheat the oven at 170%, grease the tray put the potato and brush with oil and roast the potatoes for 20 minutes. sprinkle the oregano and serve hot with coffee or tea.
