Peanut butter blondies are a delectable fudgy blondies with a crispy top. It is loaded with the flavorful peanut butter and crushed peanuts. These blondies are topped with peanut sauce to make it even yummier. It is a perfect dessert indulgence with a scoop of ice cream or as it is.

  • Ingredients for Blondies
  • All purpose flour -145 grams
  • Baking powder -½ teaspoon
  • A pinch of salt
  • Unsalted butter -120 grams
  • Light brown sugar -85 grams
  • Caster sugar -85 grams
  • 1 large egg approximately 57 grams with shell at room temperature
  • Regular creamy peanut butter -160 grams
  • Vanilla extract -1 teaspoon
  • Crushed roasted peanuts -¼ cup
  • Peanut sauce for topping:
  • Milk -½ cup
  • Sugar - 2 ½ to 3 tablespoon
  • Regular creamy peanut butter -½ cup


  • How to make blondies - Sieve all purpose flour with salt and baking powder, set it aside in a bowl.
  • Grease the baking pan with butter or oil and dust little flour all over the pan.
  • Place butter in a medium saucepan and melt it in low flame.
  • Turn off the flame and allow the melted butter to cool completely.
  • Once the butter is cooled, add the sugars, peanut butter and egg.

  • Whisk until creamy and fluffy.
  • Preheat oven at 160c.
  • Combine the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture.

  • Mix crushed peanuts reserving some for sprinkling on the blondies.
  • Pour the blondie batter into the greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 160 c.
  • Allow it to cool completely.

  • How to make peanut Sauce - Mix sugar and milk in a small saucepan, Bring the mixture to one boil.
  • Turn off the flame and add the peanut butter, Whisk until a thick sauce consistency is obtained.
  • Apply peanut sauce over the cooled blondies and cut into squares. (or) Cut the blondies into squares and apply peanut sauce as desired on the squares.
