This time a little twist made them different from the regular Blondie's.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour-1 1/2 cup
- Milk-1 cup
- Coconut sugar-3/4 cup
- White chocolate melted -1/2 cup
- Olive oil/coconut oil/any refined oil-3 tblspn
- B.powder-1tspn
- B.soda-1tspn
- Salt-1tspn
- Cranberries-1/4 cup
- Ground Almonds-1/4 cup
- Vinegar /lime juice-2 tblspn
- Some chunks of white chocolate

Instructions
- Mix all dry and wet ingredients separately in separate bowls .Meanwhile melt white chocolate on double boiler along with oil .Combine all wet and dry ingredients and add white chocolate mix too.Adjust the consistency of the batter if required .
- To this batter add vinegar/lime juice , cranberries,chocolate chunks and pour the batter in a square cake tin and bake for about 40 to 45 mnts at 180 or till the skewer comes out clean
- After it is baked properly take it out and cool on wire rack
- Once cool cut it into squares ...your excellent Blondie's without the dollops of butter are ready to gorgeous on .Team it with tea or coffee I am sure you can't resist...it is so very delicious that you can't just have one...😉😉😊
