  • Mix all dry and wet ingredients separately in separate bowls .Meanwhile melt white chocolate on double boiler along with oil .Combine all wet and dry ingredients and add white chocolate mix too.Adjust the consistency of the batter if required .
  • To this batter add vinegar/lime juice , cranberries,chocolate chunks and pour the batter in a square cake tin and bake for about 40 to 45 mnts at 180 or till the skewer comes out clean
