Oats Croquettes is a very simple, healthy recipe. It is made with less oil. By addition of mashrooms it becomes more more healthier.

Ingredients
- 50 gm Oats
- 1/2 cup Mashroom - 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped mashroom finely chopped
- 150 ml Vegetable Stock
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 clove Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 5 tbsp Red Bell Pepper or sauce smoked sauce
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- leaves Basil cherry tomatoes and chive for garnish.
- 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions
- Heat a pan with little oil. Add onion and garlic into it and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add Oats and Mashroom with vegetables stock and cook for another 6-7 minutes until the mixture leaves the sides of pan. Turn off gas. Add salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Cool the Oats mixture. Make Croquet shap from it. Bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Now heat a grill pan with brush of oil. Grill Croquettes for 2 minutes. Until golden brown.
- Add red bell pepper sauce in hung curd and mix well until smooth. Serve Oats Croquettes with dip, chives and basil tamatoes and hung curd.
