Chewy flapjacks are always known for its nutritional value. It can be a wholesome snack or even a breakfast option along with milk. This chocolate flapjack is rich in protein and the sweetness comes from the natural sweeteners(banana, berries and blackcurrants).

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas medium sized well ripe
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 cup Mixed Berries
- 1/8 cup + 1 Tbsp Blackcurrants blackcurrants
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder unsweetened
- 1 tbsp Honey 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
- Mix oats, cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and flax seed powder in a bowl
- Mash bananas well and add milk, honey(optional) and give it a mix.
- Add peanut butter, oats mixture to the banana mixture.
- Mix well and stir in the mixed berries, blackcurrants and peanuts & Choco chips
- Preheat oven @190c. Align a baking sheet on a baking tray and fill the mixture. Press and flatten the mixture
- Bake for 30 รขโฌโ 35 mins@ 190c. Allow it to cool and slice. Store in an airtight container
